Checking in/out of the kennel:

Check in day is considered the first day and therefore subject to a full day's boarding rate. Pets need to be checked in at least one hour before we close. Allow up to 30 minutes for check in.

Check-out time is 12 noon, to avoid an extra day's charge. If pet is being groomed on depart date there is no extra charge for late check out.

Deposits- Must be made in advance to guarantee holiday reservations. Deposits apply to all clients and will be strictly enforced due to the large number of clients we are unable to accomodate during the holiday.

Changes - A seven(7) day notice for all change in number of days or cancellation is required for all holidays.

Pet Luggage and Bedding - Please limit the number of items to 2-3 pieces. Label all items with your last name and the pets name. Keep in mind we do not guarantee return of these items. Please do not bring any family heirlooms! Do not bring your pet's favorite toy. it may not come home with you. Bring new things that will stimulate your pet's interest.

Long term boarders - Pets who enjoy lengthy stays with us become part of our family. They receive extra attention and a bath every 30 days at no extra charge.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm, Sat 10am to 4pm, Sun 9 am to12 noon

Holiday Hours:

Thanksgiving-closed
Christmas-We will close at 12 noon on Dec. 24th. Closed all day Christmas day.
New Year's- We will close at 12 noon on Dec. 31st and we will be closed all day on New Year's day.
Easter-closed
Memorial Day-Closed
Labor Day-Closed

Pet Arrival:

Please drop off all pets no later than one hour before closing time. This is only fair to your pet. You do not want them to come into a new environment and have the lights go out as soon as they go to their rooms or suites.

Tours:

Tours are given Mon. thru Friday between 10am and 4pm, Saturdays between 12 noon and 4pm. Just stop by for an informal tour. No tours are given on Sundays or during holidays. Please do not bring your pet or any small children when taking a tour.
